Your proposal identifies the accessible areas to treat, installation details and relevant clearances. We coordinate the agreed work with insulation where appropriate, and check the completed scope. Air sealing is not automatically included in every insulation package.

Accessible Areas We Can Address
Attic, wall and crawlspace air-sealing work can address suitable accessible gaps around plumbing, wiring, framing and attic access. Crawlspace work can include rim joists and sill plates. We select foam, caulk or tape for the application and preserve required clearances and ventilation pathways. Non-IC-rated recessed lights are excluded unless separately assessed and specified.

We identify visible leakage points before work and inspect treated areas afterward. Window perimeter sealing is a separate option. Your proposal lists the areas, access limitations and included work.
